I got a phone call from the locker place tonight. Our beef will be here at the end of next week! In the meantime, we are trying to clear out as much stuff from our freezer as possible, to make room. We'll be eating lots of chicken noodles soup, beef stew, and ice cream sandwiches this week (just doing what needs to be done....).
I'm curious to see how much room 1/4 of a cow will take in my freezer. I'm a little afraid it will be way more than I'm planning on.
Now, I'm going to go clear up a little space in the freezer by adding some leftover french vanilla ice cream to the apple crisp I just made! Yum.
