Well, this morning I'm heading off to get my port removed. I'm nervous, but not really scared. I've been through enough painful things this year that I know what I'm heading into, but because I have a good idea of how it will feel, I'm really dreading it.
The procedure is at 11, and I should be done and out the door by 12 or a little after. So, at least it should (hopefully) be quick!
If you have a moment, you can pray that all will go well, that there will be no complications, and that I do not have any panic attacks since I will be awake (though medicated!) for this "procedure."
