Well, I didn't make my goal of 25 days of exercise in January. After I exercise today, I'll be at 21, so while I still feel pretty good about that, I didn't quite make the 25 days I was aiming for. I hate not making goals, but I will say that's more days of exercise in a month than I've had in awhile.
The good news? Tomorrow is a new month, and I can make a fresh set of goals! I'm looking forward to them, and will be posting them sometime today.
