I have been getting a few questions about what's next, so I thought I would share a few more of the details.
Isaac will be spending weekends with us through May so that he can finish out his school year where he's staying now, and move in permanently with us in June. Usually the waiting period is 6 months of living with us full-time before we can adopt him, but we can apply to have part of that waived. So, we are hoping the adoption will be finalized as early as September, but it might not happen till November or even December.
Life is getting pretty exciting!
