A Little Game of Photographic Catch-up: When Isaac turned 6

We were able to celebrate Isaac's birthday with him during one of his weekend visits.  We took birthday cake to a park, and had a really fun time!  He got a new bike, as well as some other toys, and we took a couple of family pictures that I absolutely loved.

The following weekend, when he came to visit, he saw one of these photos on the fridge and one in a frame, and his whole face lit up.  I think seeing photos of him up with all the rest of the family photos was another step on the way to feeling like he belonged.
