Whirlwind of Weddings

It's been a bit quite around here lately.  We have been up to our ears in wonderful joyous occasions, and they left me with little time for other things!

We had a shower for my best friend, and then the next weekend she got married to the love of her life. Couldn't be happier for those two!

Here we all are together: 

Dave earned 3 stars on his "Super-Dad" cape that weekend.  He was the POD (parent-on-duty) for most of the weekend, and did a fantastic job.  He had fun with the boys, got them dressed and ready to go for a wedding on his own, and even found time to run last minute errands for me.  He was so servant-hearted, and it was a blessing to our family.

The this past weekend, my little brother got married.  It feels like yesterday that we were creating mischief while I was babysitting him, but I guess that's just another reminder of how fast time flies by. They looked happy and in love, and it was lots of fun to celebrate with the two of them!

We have had a wonderful time celebrating.  We've enjoyed getting dressed up (believe it or not, both kids like it!  They begged to pick out new ties for Erica's wedding), we've enjoyed traveling, the boys got to meet a lot more family members, and we've eaten a lot of delicious food.

And now it's time to get back to some routines (yay for routines!).
