The beef is here!

We went to the meat locker to get our beef tonight.  I've been excited about this project for awhile, as I've spent a lot of time doing research, and trying to figure out how to get the best deal for the type of meat I wanted.  We ended up splitting a cow with friends and family, so we ended up with a quarter of it.  Now, our freezer is PACKED with 100% grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic-free beef (some of the meat in the picture belongs to my parents, but STILL.  That's a lot of beef). 

So.  Beef.  It's what will be for dinner!
