It keeps getting more and more real. We're adopting Isaac. He'll be part of our family forever. I'm really going to be a mom, for the rest of my life. And thinking about all that has made me so emotional that I've had to explain what tears of joy are to Isaac. I just can't believe that he's really going to be ours. I can't wait for it to be "official," as Isaac would say.
And it's all happening in 3 days.
